Shipping Policy

 

  • We currently offer nationwide shipping within India, with no international shipping available at this time.
  • Flat Rs.50 for standard shipping & free delivery on orders above Rs.999.
  • Our order processing begins within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • While implementing additional safety measures in packaging and delivery, we remain committed to ensuring your order reaches you at the earliest possible time.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days for standard deliveries.
  • Delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 business days , depending on your location for standard/regular shipping.

Damaged/Defective Products:

  • Ensuring safety is our top priority in both packaging and delivery processes.
  • However, if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please send us an unboxing video (guidelines as below).
  • We will evaluate the extent of damage and proceed with a partial or full replacement as necessary
  • Please be aware that we cannot process any replacement requests if the product has been used.

  Wrong Products shipped:

  • While we take utmost care in packing your orders, if by any chance you have received a wrong product or any items is/are missing in the package you receive, please send us an unboxing video (guidelines as below)
  • We will look into the issue and take immediate action within 1 or 2 days.
  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled for the wrong product. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.

Unboxing video guidelines:

In case of issues like damaged, missing, or wrong items, recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel will help ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

1.      Make sure to start the video from the moment you open the package.

2.      Show the shipping label clearly.

3.      Show all sides of the package to prove it’s unopened and being opened for the first time.

4.      After opening, check if the product is correct and not damaged.

·        If damaged: Show the box and product to show any damage.

·        If an item is missing: Show the inside of the package to show what's missing.

·        If it’s the wrong item: Show the product box and labels to show it's not what you ordered. Don’t open the product or break the seal.

Please use the subject line “Defective/Wrong/Missing Item” along with order number.

Please note that an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items, damage, or incorrect products.

Address Change Policy:

If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, please check the status of your order by following these steps:

  1. Unfulfilled: If your order status is unfulfilled, you can change the delivery address. Please contact us by sending an email to care@thooviarts.com or calling our customer service at +91-8610428710 or +91-8925688838 to request the address change.
  2. Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, the address or pincode cannot be changed at this stage.

If the delivery fails and you wish to have the item shipped back to you, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges for any reshipment of the package. Or you can request for cancellation of the order which will be processed once the return shipment reaches our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days to the original payment source from the time of cancellation.

To avoid issues, please double-check the delivery details before confirming your order. If you need assistance with address changes, contact us as soon as possible.

Phone Number Change Policy:

Unfulfilled:
If your order is still unfulfilled, you can email us, WhatsApp, or call us with your correct phone number, and we will update it accordingly.

Shipped:
Once the order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes to it. In this case, you will not be able to cancel your order. The order will be returned to us, and if already paid for, you will receive your refund within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.

Delivery Policy:

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, our delivery partner will make every effort to deliver your order directly to the address provided. In the event that you are unavailable to receive the delivery, the following steps will apply:

  1. First Attempt: The delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order to the address specified.

Note: Undelivered or Consignee Unavailable: If the delivery agent did not contact you for the delivery attempt and the status changes to "Undelivered" or "Consignee Unavailable," please contact us immediately via email or phone so we can assist you promptly.

  1. Subsequent Attempts: If you are unavailable during the first attempt, the delivery partner will make two additional delivery attempts.
  2. Return of Order: If you remain unavailable after the third delivery attempt, the order will be returned to us.

If you wish to have the item shipped back to you after failed delivery, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with any subsequent reshipment of the package.

To avoid any delays or issues, kindly ensure that you are available to receive the package during the delivery attempts.
